There is a plugin called "Unsafe Image Rules" that might meet your needs.

For any admins out there that are new to SM or just have questions about
adding functionality, I'd /strongly/ recommend visiting the plugins page
clicking the "View all plugins at once" link (or going straight to
http://squirrelmail.org/plugins_category.php?category_id=all).
When I was starting out I found it /extremely/ helpful to take the time
and read through all the available plugins. It gave me a much better
understanding of what additional functionality was available and even
showed me lots of useful ideas I hadn't thought of.
