Start SquirrelMail configuration utility, select menu command D, apply
courier imap preset and save your configuration. If you can't run conf.pl
- check docs/presets.txt file in standard SquirrelMail package or
http://www.squirrelmail.org/docs/admin/admin-12.html.

Blank page means php error. Check your server logs or enable display of
errors in php configuration.
