For the past 2 years my website host company ~ Dixie Systems ~ provided Squirrelmail for my website email. Well....the particular host site www30. crashed and I lost my site as well as my email.

Isn't ~ Dixie Systems ~ a commercial web hosting service? Don't they have back ups they will restore from soon?

Here is my question. Is it possible to retrieve my lost emails from you directly? All my business emails were on there and it just makes me cringe to think that I lost it all. Not to mention I need some of the email for my records.

I am not sure what you mean by retrieving lost email "from you directly". Your hosting company has (or lost) your mail...
SquirrelMail is the mail client...

If they don't back up their customer's data, I recommend changing providers.... you should be able to your registered domain name with you.

Thank you for any assistance!!

Elena
