I am going through an upgrade myself, but we control the box. The basic information transfered fine, however, we were using a serverside based filtering package which has been replaced by 'serverside filters'. With our IMAP server and setup there appears to be some problems. Again, the messages (unless like us you are also changing your IMAP server and mail directory setup at the same time) and user configurations seem to go over smoothly. But you need permission to access your server as root. Hope this helps. (BTW we are using Debian and SM is well maintained there although a couple of releases behind). ------- William R.
