Jonathan,
I did notice that there is a session "killer" right before the login. 
So it would seem the issue is corrected in the verison of SquirrelMail
I have.  Granted, IF someone managed to login the settings do
migreate... ick...

But the line sqsession_destroy seems to resolve the issue.   For some
reason I had that commented out... I've now had it uncommented for
about 2 weeks with no issue, but there was definately some issue that
I had to comment it for some reason.
