My ISP only provides one email address, any extra addresses cost extra
cash per month. I'm better off just signing up for some cheap email or
web hosting package. This being said, please understand...

Most ISP's block 3rd party smtp servers that the ISP doesn't control. My
experience with web hosts is they only run mail servers on standard (or
standard alternative) ports, and they're not going to open any other
unblocked ports, even though a lot of their customers are asking them to
do so.

There's a program called ypops that basically allows me full pop3 & smtp
email client functionality with yahoo. It's available here
www.ypopsemail.com

My question is, are there any programs that will allow me to use a
standard email client (such as eudora, outlook, or outlook express) to
receive/send email through the squirrelmail interface, like ypops can do
with yahoo?
