I've increased the size of memory_limit, post_max_size, and upload_max_filesize to 10M in the PHP.INI file on my system.
I've shutdown/restarted the mail system, but it still says that the max attachment size is 2M in the compose a message screen. And it still will not allow the Excell file to be sent.
