Please recheck what you are using or make sure that your fedora setup is
up to date. Your email headers say that you use 1.4.3a-0.f1.1.
SquirrelMail 1.4.3a with some custom 0.f1.1 tag. According to rpmfind.net
fedora core 3 should use 1.4.6cvs from 2005-08-12.

http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/fedora/updates/3/i386/squirrelmail-1.4.6-0.cvs20050812.1.fc3.noarch.html

We can't support custom SquirrelMail versions, unless you provide list of
all modifications made in your package and I think some redirection issues
are fixed in SquirrelMail 1.4.6-rc1 version. If spamcop ignores your
submitted emails, I suspect that you are using Quick reporting feature
which IS disabled in stock SquirrelMail 1.4.3a or there are some changes
in SpamCop submission system. If you don't provide details about your
spamcop plugin settings, it is impossible to debug your problem.

Please provide information that allows to debug your situation or recheck
your squirrelmail installation.

You can install second copy of SquirrelMail from tar.gz or tar.bz2 file in
some other location.
