I am also getting this problem from last month. Our students are also facing this problem now a days. with reference to the reply of Mr Jonathan Angliss, I would like to say you sir that we have one webserver for webmail interface and from there students logged in to various mail servers using multi login plugin. I didnt change any configuratin of squirrelmail from last month but getting this problem now a days much often. There may be the case that two users may be using the same PC.
PLease let me know how to solve this problem.
