If you use a quota plugin (there are two) that uses IMAP QUOTA
extension instead of local filesystem quota or whatever, you only need
to follow the plugin installation instructions.  If it doesn't work
after that, read the docs, enable debugging flags, show errors.  Also
include your IMAP server details as Tomas said and show its CAPABILITY
response.
