If your ISP will give you shell access and they have Pine installed, you
can select the messages and use the "bounce" command to bounce them all to
any other mail account that you have an account on. Bounce is not in the
standard Pine (default) setup so you'll have to go to settings to enable
"bounce".

Alternatively, the mail in any given folder is a single file which you can
gzip and move to another mail server you have in your direct control. This
assumes your mail is stored on a Unix box of some type with mail stored in
the ~/mail directory such as you'd find on a Redhat system.
