* Courier IMAP (3.0.8 on 1 machine, 4.0.1 on another)
* Apache 1.3.33 (on both)
* mod_php (4.3.11 on 1 machine, 4.4.0 on another)
This issue happens on both machines.
I seem to have a duplicate INBOX showing up.

The only change that I made was in conf.pl.
I changed:
3. Folder Defaults
---> 1. Default Folder Prefix
to "INBOX." as noted in the FAQ for the serversidefilter plugin (which I
finally got working, by the way)
Now, I have a duplicate INBOX. The screenshot that you see is actually
of a brand new user that I created on the test box.
Here's what the directory (maildir) looks like:

I tried creating & deleting new folders and refreshing the folder list.
I can't even click on the rogue "INBOX" either. It's in blue, but isn't
clickable.
