Hi,

Im a newbie in Squirrelmail, I noticed that the web-based interface of
squirrelmail is able to create its own Addressbook per user.

I was able to add new entry in the addressbook, my question is where
could I find the file that holds the addresses or the file that
represents the addressbook.

look in your data directory (the path to which you specified in conf.pl or config/config.php -> $data_dir); files with the .abook extension are what you want. if you set up database backend, you should already know the name of the db and table you used.
