You can also download and install ActivePerl ( http://www.activestate.com/Products/ActivePerl/ ) and run config/conf.pl, which gives you some menus to walk through the setup, although it sounds like you'll still want to do some more reading on the website to understand the settings that are relevant to you. squirrelmail.org is your friend.

Open the file in notepad, or textpad, or your favourite text editor, and edit the text... The file is well commented, so should make it really easy to do.
