I did upgrade other packages on that machine also.
Yes, but what you *did't* do is tell us what OS you are running, nor anything else useful. You probably didn't search the archives (or even Google), either, since you would probably have found this:

I am sorry. Fedora Core 3. apache version 2.0.52 SquirrelMail version 1.4.3a-6.FC3 IMAP is dovecot-0.99.13-3.FC3 PHP-4.3.9-3 Software was installed when the server was created with Fedora Core 3 installation CD's Was working fine until I upgraded squirrelmail, dovecot and httpd (Apache) using yum. I have not installed any additional plugins. I always search before posting. That link is for Mac but I just tried it anyways and it had no effect.
I've not heard of that problem with SM on non-Apple platforms. Are you *SURE* that that log message corresponds to when the user clicked "Send"? Have you yourself been able to reproduce it? The only thing I've seen that causes "Action Cancelled" problems in IE beside the above problem, which obviously is not yours, is non-standard/broken Apache installations. You could try to fix that or even reinstall Apache.
Might also be worth knowing if you're accessing SM over HTTPS? or just plain straightforward HTTP? What is the URL of the page when you get this error?
Ah, yes, in fact, Jonathan, you're absolutely correct. I _have_ seen this on a Fedora system before where the SSL was bonked. This has nothing to do with SM, of course, and we haven't the details to help him fix his SSL....
