This bug occurs when I ...
  ... view a particular message
  ... use a specific plugin/function
.X. try to do/view/use .... Move To Folder from within a message

The description of the bug:

I had a single message in my Inbox. After reading the message, from
within the message I attempted to move the message to another folder. The
view message screen closed and sent me to the Inbox message list which
showed the message still in the inbox. I tried twice more to do the same
and got the same results.

After the third attempt I listed the messages of the folder I was
attempting to move the message to and saw that there were three copies of
the message there.

I suspect the Move To Folder functionality from within the view message
screen has a problem with index numbers if there is only one message which
it is trying to move, and fails to move it if there is nothing to replace
it. Alternatively it might be some sort of message/file locking issue.
