How can users set up personal distribution lists? (one personal address book nickname = 30-40 email addresses?) As an admin I can setup using the virtual table, but I do not want to grant users access to that.

Usually requirements are *minimum* values on the plugin details pages.
Users are able to setup a contact and direct that to multiple emails but the default is 128characters in the email field and I am hesitant about making this 500characters to support many email addresses in one field.
