Okay, so, on random moments my users report seeing the message:
PHP Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in [path]/plugins/filters/filters.php on line 280

Sorry, no time to look at this problem, but just a note that you should not have notices turned on in a production environment. It would seem that this is a non-fatal problem that won't have serious side effects if you leave it alone and turn off error reporting.
