This indicates that there is something wrong with your imap server or
network. An imap server should never drop a connection without a proper
BYE response. It's a fatal error and reported by squirrelmail. It's not a
squirrelmail related problem. SquirrelMail is simply the bad news
messenger.
The search command is part of the imap spec and makes use of a normal imap
connection (port 143) so encryption/blocked ports has nothing todo with
this problem.
