Hello.
I get e-mail as [EMAIL PROTECTED] and frequently while
at work use webmail to look at it. www.usermail.com uses
squirrelmail for its subscribers looking at
webmail.
This has always worked fine
until about 10 days ago, and I reported it about a week ago, but the help folks
at usermail have so far not been able to fix my problem.
THE
PROBLEM: After I log in the first time during the day, the
webmail functions normally for 3 to 15 minutes. After that nearly every
time I try to delete a mail file, the black indicator of changes starts across
the bottom of the screen and then stops part-way. this also happens if I
try to go to a different page of the inbox besides the first one (the new page
number does not highlight and the change does not occur after I click on the
page number). It also sometimes happens for compose and for opening
mail.
So basically the webmail is
unusable the rest of the day. Rebooting my computer does not help.
The next day the problem starts again, or similarly if I try webmail at home
during the evening - a few minutes okay, and then whammo.
I would sure appreciate
your help either to me directly as an end-user or to Brian or Greg at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
