I am unable to reproduce the error on SM 1.2.11 with information that you
have provided. Courier-imap and SM 1.2.11 renders message with similar
headers without errors. I can't test RH9 system with uw-imap and php
4.2.2.

full message source is needed or at least source of generated html page.
You should be able to find message source in /var/spool/mail/admin
