Currently they are: Signature, Address, Send, Save Draft. If you look at desktop mail programs or other webmail services you'll notice the Send button goes first, never in the middle.
Why? Because it the only one you *will* use because you must. So it's put on the most visible place, first. The other buttons are optional. A better order could be: Send, Save Draft, Signature, Address. You send your message, or save a draft for later use. One of these two are always used. Hope this helps. Cheers.
