This bug occurs when I ... "message display does not refresh after delete
or move message. this occurs in both netscape and ie browsers & always
happens when not using https connection."
  ... view a particular message
  ... use a specific plugin/function
  ... try to do/view/use ....

The description of the bug: message list does not refresh.

I can reproduce the bug by:
1. send message to self
2. delete it
3. goto trash, select it and move it back to inbox.

Would upgrade to 1.4 as this problem has not yet appeared but there are
several php errors on send message. This is another problem which I'm not
going to report at the momemnt.
