I know how sendmail interacts with a client when POPing.
Mail accumulates in a spool file until the user downloads the mail via POP.
However, if I had SM on the same machine as sendmail, how would it work?
Would user's mail be left in the spool until they deleted it? Or would mail accumlate elsewhere on the server until the user deleted it?
I have edits to files
/etc/httpd/conf/http.conf
/etc/hosts.allow
/etc/hosts.deny
/etc/access
To restrict access by IP/Domain for mail/POP privilages, would there be other places to edit if I installed IMAP on the same server?
