I had
the same problem when I tried to use a mysql database to store the address book
and prefs on my windows 2000 server running iis. I don't know why it won't
work.

i installed the software in my webpage, and when i loged in, i didn't see
anything in the screen, i just find a blank screen with white color and
there is nothing in screen.
