[SM-USERS] (1.4.1) still missing "download this as a file" link

hello there,

The "download this as a file" feature, which seems to be missing since the
1.4.0 release, is still missing in the 1.4.1 .

In functions/mime.php/formatBody() in the 1.2.11 version , the following
line (#801) could be found :

$body .= "<CENTER><SMALL><A
HREF=\"../src/download.php?absolute_dl=true&amp;passed_id=$id&amp;
passed_ent_id=$ent_num&amp;mailbox=$urlmailbox&amp;showHeaders=1\">".
_("Download this as a file") ."</A></SMALL></CENTER><BR>";

The formatBody() function has slightly changed since the 1.4.x , and this
feature seems to have diseappeared .

Is it a development choice , or should it be submitted as a 'bug' ?
