Matthew (its author) has been fairly active here.  Try emailing him
directly if you don't get an answer in this forum.

It's not important in and of itself.  It indicatees that there were other
errors that, when error_reporting is turned on in php.ini, caused page
output to be sent to the client.  Those errors can (and in this case did)
occur in parts of the code where HTTP header information was still being
pieced together.  Once you fix the (actual) error or notice that preceeds
these messages, the header information warning will go away.
