those are some serious programming modifications... we very very much
welcome any contribution you may be able to make, however, it's hard for
us to give PHP lessons in this context.  SquirrelMail could be a great
excuse for learning PHP... get a good book, tune in to php.net and play
with the code.  we'll be awaiting the results!
