Hello all, I have a question about upgrading. I unzipped SM 1.4 and copied the information in the data directory but it appears the info didn't take. My new address book is empty and none of my preferences have been kept. What all do I need besides the old plugins and the information from the data directory to successfully port over my clients preferences and make this a transparent switch from sm 2.2.11 ?
