[SM-USERS] Administrator plugin

I have recently installed squirrelmail 1.2.11, and I enabled the administrator plugin, but when I login the administrator option does not show up.  What do I need to do to enable my user to be the administrator of the squirrelmail server?   Thanks Tom Mullen
