You'd have to ask the plugin developer about these, or hope somebody
is nice enough to take a look at it, and extend it's functionality for
you.

I was at one point looking at writing my own because I can never find
an nntp server that allows me to post from both work and home. I'm
unfortunately a lot busier now than I was when I started scheming. I
will probably look back at it at some point soon once I have stuff all
settled down.
