I just did this myself the other day.  Was looking for the same thing. 
Didn't find anything so I wrote my own Perl script which takes the *pref
files and converts them into a single script file for MySQL (if you're
using something other than MySQL it probably is useless to you).  I didn't
test it other than using it and it seemed to work just fine.  It didn't
convert the address books since I didn't need that functionality.  If
you're interested in the script then just contact me off list.
