So change_mysqlpass works for you as is?  Please share with us what the

I would recommend using the SM Virtual Host Login plugin and *not*
DEFAULT_DOMAIN in your Courier setup.  Then you should not have any of
these problems (and bbb.com will work just the same, which you cannot do
when using DEFAULT_DOMAIN).  Otherwise, the change_mysqlpass plugin
would have to be made aware of you having made the DEFAULT_DOMAIN
setting, which it is not currently capable of doing.
