i went into /etc/smrsh and typed this command "ln -s /webmail/plugins/vacation/vacation.php vacation" ............is it correct? where shld i be pointing it to? i still get the same error.... i know my sendmail is using the dir from /etc/smrsh..but just dunno the vacation prog is whr...i tried both vacation.php and vac_init.php file....doesn't work...almost there....

Service unavailable If I remember correctly, you need to do something with the sendmail restricted shell (smrsh). I think you can create a simlink from the smrsh folder to the vacation program.
