1383815235.023 0 123.my.ip.456 TCP_DENIED/407 1542 GET http://www.google.com/ - NONE/- text/html I have these specific lines in my configuration: auth_param basic program /usr/lib/squid/ncsa_auth /etc/squid/passwords auth_param basic realm proxy auth_param basic children 5 auth_param basic credentialsttl 2 hours auth_param basic casesensitive off acl authenticated proxy_auth REQUIRED http_access allow authenticated I don't know if I have missed something, I hope you guys could help.
