Er, these are:   "<b>Invalid Request</b> error was encountered..."

With requests in origin server format.

I will take a guess that these are status code 409 (Conflict)? In which 
case you will find security ALERT in cache.log and need to revaluate the 
interception and/or DNS setup carefully.
