 As others have suspected it is a website attempting to use NTLM (a 
 protocol for LAN networks) over the wide Internet. LOL!

 Squid 2.6, 2.7, 3.1+ along with persistent connections and pinning all 
 the way cross the Internet (end-to-end) is required for this to even 
 have a shot at working. Then you will also have to have an account and 
 connection to the LAN domain controller the website uses to validate 
 your credentials.
