A /24 network prefix requires the high-order 24 bits of the IP address to 
match.  A /32 network prefix requires all 32 bits of the IP address to match.

        192.168.1.20/24         matches all systems where the first 3 octets
                                are 192,168.1
        192.168.1.20/32         matches all systems where the first 4 octets
                                are 192.168.1.20.
