upgrade Squid.

Suitable source RPMs and build instructions for RedHat can be found from 
http://marasystems.com/download/squid/. Should build on RH7.2 I think. If 
not the RH7.1 source RPM from http://marasystems.com/download/cerberian/ 
does.
