I check my LANG, and it is:
# echo $LANG
C
#
So i don't know from where is this problem. And as I wrote ntlm nt group 
authentication is working but still receiving this mistake with 
wbinfo_group.pl:

> /usr/local/squid/libexec/wbinfo_group.pl line 35, <STDIN> line 1.

>From what I recall this is a bug in most older perl versions when your 
system is set to use a UTF-8 locale.

Try setting the environment variable LANG=C when starting Squid.
