We are using a Cisco Pix firewall. However I am also running squid
2.5.stable5. Is there a certain software level on the pix I should be
at, or maybe a setting in squid.conf to check?

thanks for the swift response.

Are you using a Cisco PIX as your firewall? My guess is that you are.
Even
though this isn't the fault of squid, upgrading to 2.5 should address
this
issue.

Subject: [squid-users] Zero-Sized reply

What would cause a "Zero-Sized Reply" error to be returned from a url
request? This occurs mostly from yahoo mail or hotmail. The error is
returned from squid. The user can get to yahoo mail but when they try to
open a message they get the error. Also I have some users that can get
to AIM and others, using the same settings can't. Any thoughts?
