So there are 4 parent caches. Some websites can not handle changing IPs from the requestor (because of 4 caches) and fail. If I try the directive 'cache_peer_domain' to handle this 'problem hosts' squid just ignores it.
Please file a bug report for this issue in the CARP implementation.
