By default Squid is using snews (563) port as SSL_Ports.
Do you want to use only the HTTPS with *.tac.co.th extension for the
Secure Socker Layer connection.
Then change the http_access setting slight bit as,
http_access deny SSL_Ports !special_domain
http_access allow host_allow passwd
http_access deny all
