[squid-users] Certain group of users to certain URLs

I would like to allow access to the internet for a certain group of users to
certain URLs.
For example Users (John, Maria, Paul) to access only URLs (yahoo.com AND
cnn.com).
Nothing else.
All the other users must have access to the whole internet.
Do you have any suggestions how I do that without decreasing the performance
of the server?
Could you provide me with an example?
