squid -v or try to configure the ntlm scheme in your squid.conf and run "squid -k parse". Note: What your Squid binary needs to support is the ntlm scheme. Then in addition you need suitable helpers for winbind but these execute outside of Squid, and in case of Samba-3 is even provided outside of Squid. Regards Henrik
