Don't understand the question specifically. It also depends on the remote application probably. Squid.conf has a directive strip_query_terms which is on by default. If set to off, then query terms in url's will be shown in the access log. This could include private info, in this case, your remote e-mail address on that site and or the person you are sending e-mail to.
