[squid-users] how to increase TCP_MEM_HIT or TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT ?

hi everybody...

here is the log analyze result from my squid box using squeezer.pl
it seem's the HIT % is stiill very low. 
my user keep complaining about the speed.
is there any way to INCREASING the hit percentage?
