The 0.9.0 release was done with 0630d74 in 2017-08-14 by Christophe
Fergeau <[email protected]>. That's quite some time ago with 51
commits in the period.
I'm proposing to do a release, plus adding gitlab-ci and renaming the
NEWS to CHANGELOG like proposed/done in the linux/vd-agent and in
spice-protocol.
Would be good to add some README too but really want to get the release
done sooner than later. CI run at:
