Dave: On a _very_ quick glance, I don't see where the reload action (coreAdminHandler.handleReloadAction) makes any attempt whatsoever to even _look_ for any properties to update, so I'd guess it needs a patch if there's any hope.
So go ahead and create the patch IMO. This seems like a reasonable idea to me, anyone else think differently?
