1. Interesting site. I'd say there are similar sites, but this one has cleaner interface. How does your site compare to this one, for example, in terms of feature set? http://qnalist.com/questions/4640870/luke-4-6-0-released At least, the user ranking seems to be different, because on your site yours truly marked with 5800 points and on the qnalist with 59. 2. Do you handle several users, like DmitryKan, DmitryKan-1.. as a single user, i.e. if I'd post under different e-mail addresses. 3. It seems like your site is going to mostly be read only, except for question / user voting? To me any such site, including yours, will make sense as long as I could find stuff faster than with Google.
